Abstract In era of reglobalization, sustainably resilient supply chains (SCs) are imperative in corporations to improve performance and meet stockholders’ expectations. However, SCs could not be effective if assessed by using advanced frameworks, systems, models. As such, developing a novel network data envelopment model (DEA) appraise is our purpose this article. To do so, we present new double-frontier methodology provide optimistic pessimistic efficiency measures structures. Moreover, ideas outputs weak disposability, chance-constrained programming, discrete dominance incorporated unified framework modelling efficient inefficient production technologies. The DEA also can address dissimilar types data, including undesirable integer-valued ratio outputs, stochastic intermediate products, inputs framework. Furthermore, an aggregated Farrell type measure developed which allows the complete ranking units so that each decision-making unit (DMU) has its own rank both overall divisional point view. We show unique features real case study paint industry evaluate reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. results how well proposed models sustainability resilience presence uncertainty with data.
